Server is offline and will be offline for a while yet. i can’t afford to leave internet running 24/7 as-well as my computer being on.

This Server for Minecraft is a full encore Hard survival server. Come and fight by making yourself a new Faction, Don’t have the Command skills? Join a faction and help with there epic battle against other clans.

Free to build with plenty of party mods i.e. traders, land to buy/rent.

This software should not harm your computer in anyway and has no infection of viruses. But I don’t hold any responsibility for what happens to your machine. But as I said I haven’t made this bit of software to harm any machines, it’s purely to make a Minecraft server on your own machine.

First things first,this machine is exceedingly good value for the price of the unit, Most places have a starting price of £39, I’m not quite sure if this is just for a limited time or if they trying to rival against Kodak with there “cheap ink promise”But overall with this unit it gives you very good print quality with photos, however i would recommend with HP Photo Paper or Epsons Photo Paper (Epsons Paper because it give stronger and deeper Blacks) It does keep up with speed when it come to Black and white Text. its not like you’d expect from a Kodak when it makes a hell of a lot of noise and takes its time to give you the finished result.

Now to say this unit is wireless i personally do like to have an ethernet port on my product just to keep a closed network, but unfortunately the Hp EAIO doesn’t provide an ethernet port. Pity Really.

The front of the unit has roughly a 1.5″ screen with six small touch controls, the unit is easy to control and no-one can get confused with this model, unlike some of Hp’s higher range i just find them to overpowering. Also on the front, you have a multi card reader to print photos or documents straight off.

Currently were still building some feature items in the world and working on the server mods to stop people from breaking stuff.

We would be very interested to see if people would want to connect to our server…?
The server wouldn’t be running 24/7 but it will be on when i, we the admins are online.

–Help with the “Start.command” file.–

Now im affraid to say that i cant make the “Start.command” file for you, this is because its your computer that has to setup the terminal file.
I.e. If i made the “Start.command” file and you downloaded it, your computer wouldn’t know what to do with it.

–My friends or i cant join the server.–

Firstly make sure that you have the following three windows open on your screen, (you cant close any of the windows. Otherwise your server will stop. You can however minimize the windows)

1st window: Port Forward (and running)
2nd window: terminal showing your server running (this is normally identical to your minecraft server GUI)
3rd window: minecraft GUI server (this is something you cant download, this will open when you double click on your “Start.command”

Now if everything is running and still cant join. On minecraft where it ask for a server IP (this will only work on the computer thats running the server) try typing :25565 or Local host
For friends give them the IP thats showing on your Port Map software or go over to whatsmyip.org and give them that address. They will also work on the main computer.

–I dont get the server GUI window on my screen.–

It means that somethings gone wrong somewhere down the line. Now heres a few things that can be done to help things out.

Firstly try redoing the whole thing again and make sure of any spelling or spaces that may be needed.

Secondly sometimes things wont work beacuse of the Start.command file. Make sure you name the file with a capital S!

–My Port Map says my router is incompatiable.–

Right…. Theres afew things here, but its difficult because everyones router is differant.

Now you may have to be an admin to your computers network or get someone to sort this out. Basicly the quickest way for me to put this, someone may have to play around with settings, but well come back to this as you can try other stuff first.

Firstly try restarting your router, there should be a button on the back of the box.
If you have an Apple airport extreme you shouldn’t need port map because airport has its own port forwarding software.

Back to the tricky bit. If your an admin of the network and get into your routers settings. You have to make sure things like UPNP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled, then restart the router within the settings. If its still not working, try playing around with the firewalls on your mac and your router (this does take some time im affraid to say)

You can also try finding your virtual servers section also known as port forwarding sections on some routers,then punching in the ports of 25565.

One thing i did which was random and may work for some, try restarting your router from within its own settings and keep refreshing the Port Map software.

–I keep getting something about Java Scirpt.–

Means something again has gone wrong with the files with Start.command, only bit of advise. Just scrap everything and start fresh.

–How do I update my server.–

Basiclly just download the latest version of the Minecraft-server.jar from minecraft.net and replace it with you old .jar file then run your Start.command file like normal, it may take awhile to start up again because it sees it as a new server.

Changes…

Theres also going to be a few changes to the website on how or what we post. Originally we were going to make the website only about tutorials or what we can do on the computer systems. Now we’ve made the idea come forth and we shall post basically whatever we want. Either if thats from software, Tutorial videos for different platform, Games that we’ve played together or evan the random bit of information that we like.

Play Time…

We currently play a few different types of game across all platforms. We would like to hear your views on what games to play.

Well well it looks like the earth has taken a turn for the best. I finally got to the stage that I was getting very frustrated with the past sanding galaxy s, so I sold it on to replace it with an iPhone 4.

So far I’ve had the phone for roughly one week (one week since this was posted for people that don’t understand)

This phone has made everything a hell of slot easier in every way compared to the samsung galaxy s.

I’m not just writing this because I got a new phone but also because I wanted to review the wordpress app on the iOS platform. Now personally I’ve seen a few reviews on the app store for wordpress and those people give it some really bad reviews. But what made me laugh is that a lot of the reviews are about having problem log-in to the wordpress app, now I had no problems atall. My thoughts are that the app works with no flaws in any way.

Well there you go, that my first time using the wordpress app on my iPhone

Overall view: Great application for bloggers.
